Eligible users
BilateralSync is provided to licensed mental-health professionals who have completed appropriate EMDR training. It is a tool for clinicians and is not intended for self-directed treatment by consumers.
Clinical responsibility
BilateralSync provides software; clinical judgement rests with the therapist. Use of the platform does not create a therapist–client relationship with BilateralSync and does not substitute for professional training, supervision or standards of care.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate applicable law, infringe rights, or attempt to bypass security controls. Do not upload personal client health information into free-form fields; the platform is designed to operate without such data.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds unless required by law.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where possible.
Warranty & liability
The service is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-product notice.
