BilateralSync is a browser-based EMDR tool that delivers therapist-controlled visual and auditory bilateral stimulation to a client's own screen. It can be tried free without an account through the public demo, and the registered Free plan includes one real client session per calendar month.
What the tool is
BilateralSync renders the moving visual target and alternating stereo audio used for bilateral stimulation (BLS) during EMDR therapy. The therapist operates the controls on their own screen; the client sees only a clean fullscreen stimulation view on theirs, kept in step in real time.
Who it is for
Licensed EMDR therapists, psychologists and psychotherapists who run sessions online, in the room, or both. It is a clinician tool: it is not a self-help application and is not intended for unguided reprocessing.
