Pricing FAQ

01Is there a free plan?

Yes. Free includes 1 session per calendar month with all 7 bilateral stimulation patterns, stereo audio and the full client view. It does not include unlimited sessions, saved presets or session history.

02Is there a free trial on Professional?

There is no separate trial. The Free plan is the trial — it includes 1 real session per calendar month, forever, with no card required. Professional is a paid subscription you can cancel at any time.

03Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, cancel, update your payment method and download invoices from the billing portal inside Settings → Billing.

04Do clients need to pay or create an account?

No. Clients open a link in any modern browser. Only the therapist has an account.

05What does the Professional plan include?

Professional unlocks unlimited sessions, unlimited saved presets, full session history, the clinical library and priority email support. The current price is shown on this page and is the same price used at checkout.
