01How does the 14-day free trial work?

Every therapist gets 14 days of full Professional access free. You choose monthly or annual and confirm with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card, but nothing is charged on day one. Your first payment is taken automatically after 14 days, and only if you are still subscribed.

02What happens after the 14 days?

Your subscription simply continues at the price shown on this page, charged to the card or wallet you used at signup. You get an email receipt from Stripe every time. Nothing changes in the product, so ongoing client work is never interrupted.

03How do I cancel, and will I be charged?

Go to Settings → Billing and press Manage or cancel subscription. Cancel before day 14 and you are never charged a single cent. Cancel later and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. One click, no notice period, no phone calls.

04What happens to my account if I cancel?

Nothing is deleted. Your account, your profile and your settings stay exactly as they are, and you can still run 1 session per calendar month. Resubscribing is one click whenever you need unlimited sessions again.

05Do clients need to pay or create an account?

No. Clients open a link in any modern browser. Only the therapist has an account.

06What does Professional include?

Unlimited sessions, unlimited saved presets, full session history, Light Bar mode, the clinical library and priority email support. The current price is shown on this page and is the same price used at checkout.
