Pricing FAQ
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. Free includes 5 sessions per month with all bilateral stimulation patterns, audio and the full client view. It does not include session history or saved presets, and shows BilateralSync branding.
- Is there a free trial on paid plans?
- Yes. Professional and Pro include a 14-day free trial. Your card is only charged after the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you are not charged.
- Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
- Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, cancel, update your payment method and download invoices from the billing portal inside Settings → Billing.
- Do clients need to pay or create an account?
- No. Clients open a link in any modern browser. Only the therapist has an account.
- What is the difference between Professional and Pro?
- Professional is for a single clinician. Pro is for clinics and teams — it adds multiple therapist seats, shared presets, a team dashboard and priority live support.
